Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, has announced a collaboration with Citizens Financial Group, one of the oldest and largest financial institutions in the US, to support the launch of Citizens’ AI-first Innovation Hub in Bengaluru, India. This initiative is designed to accelerate AI-driven transformation across the bank’s operations, product development, and customer experience, establishing a technology-driven model for modern banking.

As a strategic delivery partner, Infosys will contribute its expertise in AI, cloud, and cybersecurity to advance Citizens’ AI-first operating model.
