Google Cloud and CVC Launch Agentic AI Partnership

Dated: April 24, 2026

Google Cloud and CVC have announced a multi-year strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across CVC’s portfolio companies spanning sectors such as healthcare, retail, financial services, media, telecommunications, software, and industrials. The collaboration focuses on helping these businesses transition more quickly toward agentic AI, enabling them to modernize operations and enhance long-term growth.

As part of the partnership, CVC-backed companies will gain streamlined access to Google Cloud’s full AI ecosystem, including advanced tools, infrastructure, and Gemini-powered technologies. They will also benefit from early access to new AI products, ensuring they remain at the forefront of innovation. To address growing digital risks, the collaboration includes enhanced cybersecurity solutions and localized data services, particularly supporting companies operating in regions with strict data regulations.

A key component of the initiative is the introduction of Google’s forward deployed engineering teams, who will work closely with CVC portfolio companies to solve technical challenges and accelerate AI implementation. In addition, Google Cloud will act as a distribution channel for CVC’s software businesses through its marketplace and co-selling programs, helping expand their reach and commercial opportunities.

Overall, the partnership is designed to strengthen CVC’s technology ecosystem, support the transformation of its portfolio companies into AI-first organizations, and drive greater value creation for end customers by embedding advanced AI capabilities into their core business models.
