Natter Raises $23M to Enhance AI Insights for Enterprises

Dated: April 8, 2026

Most companies struggle to get honest feedback from employees, as surveys and formal check-ins often feel forced or impersonal. Natter, founded in 2021 by Charlie Woodward and James Stevens in New York, addresses this by using AI to facilitate one-on-one video conversations that feel genuine. The platform can run thousands of chats simultaneously, converting discussions into organized, anonymized insights within hours. By removing identifiable information, Natter ensures employees feel safe sharing candid feedback, giving HR and leadership teams actionable intelligence without group pressure or bias.

The company recently raised $23 million led by Renegade Partners, with participation from several venture firms and angel investors, to accelerate global growth, enhance platform integrations, expand its teams, and build a dedicated Customer Success unit for Fortune 500 clients.

Natter’s AI system processes thousands of anonymous conversations faster than traditional methods, surfacing more themes and uncovering hidden issues. Its enterprise clients include Accenture, ServiceNow, Philip Morris International, and Mondelez, who report that the platform improves HR, strategy, and sales programs.

With rapid revenue growth and a tripled enterprise pipeline, Natter is positioned to scale its AI conversation intelligence platform globally, transforming how companies capture, analyze, and act on employee insights.
