Infosys and AWS Join Forces to Accelerate Generative AI for Businesses

Dated: February 11, 2026

Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate enterprise adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI). The initiative combines Infosys Topaz, an AI-first suite of services, solutions, and platforms, with Amazon Q Developer, AWS’s generative AI-powered assistant, to enhance Infosys’ internal operations and drive innovation for customers across sectors including manufacturing, telecom, financial services, and consumer goods. This partnership aims to integrate advanced AI capabilities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable enterprises to realize faster, more effective business transformation.

Infosys is leveraging Topaz to drive AI-powered transformations across core functions such as software development, human resources, recruitment, sales, and vendor management. In software development, the integration of Infosys Topaz with Amazon Q Developer automates tasks such as documentation, code generation, debugging, testing, and legacy code modernization. This enables improved workflow efficiency and accuracy while accelerating project timelines and enhancing employee experiences. Through the collaboration with AWS, Infosys is embedding generative AI capabilities to optimize operations and increase productivity across the organization.

The collaboration also extends to delivering innovative solutions across industries. By combining Infosys Topaz with AWS services like Amazon Bedrock, the partnership enables dynamic, real-time personalized experiences, particularly in sectors such as sports and entertainment, enhancing engagement for millions of users. These capabilities allow enterprises to leverage AI not just for internal optimization but also to create differentiated customer experiences at scale.

Sandeep Dutta, President of AWS India and South Asia, emphasized that the partnership sets a new benchmark for enterprise transformation through generative AI. By combining the strengths of Amazon Q and Infosys Topaz, organizations can achieve operational agility, innovate faster, and deliver greater value to clients. Balakrishna D. R. (Bali), Executive Vice President at Infosys, highlighted that the integration of Amazon Q Developer with Topaz is reshaping internal operations and client solutions alike, enabling enterprises to reimagine key functions with agility and precision.

Infosys continues to drive digital transformation across 59 countries with an AI-first core, agile digital capabilities at scale, and a strong focus on continuous learning. With over four decades of experience managing complex global enterprise systems, Infosys empowers businesses to harness AI and cloud technologies to achieve operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
